Symptoms of depression in men

Many but not all people who are depressed feel the classic symptoms of intense sadness and dejection. They are also report getting little pleasure from anything and lose their sense of humor. The three most common signs of depression in men are:

*Reckless behavior including of rage, assault, dangerous conduct, and substance abuse.

*Depressed men have a decidedly negative view of themselves. He blamed himself for every negative event, even of it had nothing to do with him. He was unable to give himself credit for a positive achievement.
